Description

We are seeking an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to join our team You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

We work from Monday to Friday 6:30AM to 5:30 Pm and Saturdays 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM in our busy times.

This is a full time seasonal position we offer overtime over 44 hours and benefits.


Responsibilities:


  • Sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- inventory management

  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Set followup appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detailoriented

Job Types:
Full-time, Seasonal


Pay:
$18.00 per hour
