Summary of Position
At SUNRISE KITCHENS, our people are our greatest assets.

As a Class 5 Delivery Driver, you will be a part of a team to help ensure day to day productivity is maintained and operations are uninterrupted.

You will work with the delivery and shipping team to ensure finished goods are ready to be transported on the trucks and to clients.

Job entails handing finished goods on trucks and off loading at our customers, driving 5-ton trucks, and helping with required tasks in Delivery Department.

Duties and Responsibilities
In this position, you will be responsible for the following:

Loading and unloading trucks with cabinets at Sunrise
Driving to customer sites and delivering cabinets (loading and unloading) in a safe and timely manner
Completing paperwork to ensure full order was delivered with no damage
Maintain delivery schedule
Maintaining the vehicle checklist for delivery truck pre and post trips
Regular cleaning and maintenance of the vehicle

Employment Requirements

Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License with a clean driving abstract and three (3) years of experience in this field required
Physically fit to lift heavy items up to 5075 lbs
Must be able to work in a fastpaced team driven environment

Day Shift:
Currently 6:30am - 3:00pm

Skills and Experience

Must have 23 years of Class 5 driving experience
Strong communication, problem solving, troubleshooting and organizational skills.
Demonstrated communication skills in English (read/write/speak)
Good customer service skills

Applicant Requirements

Submission of resume and N Drivers Abstract
A Sunrise driving test will determine the employment and wage of this position
