Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Server.

As a Host/Server, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

This position requires strong hospitality skills, time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Duties:

• Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
• Upsell additional items or specials to enhance the guest experience
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Ensure tables are clean and properly set up for the next guest
• Assist with food preparation as needed
• Handle cash and credit card transactions using the POS system
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting them for the next guest
• Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling of food

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
