The Administrative team is looking to hire an Administrative Assistance in North Bay for a one year contract

Your Contribution:
Responsibilities:
- Manage purchase requests received at the corporate level.
- Manage the bidding, proposal and negotiation processes while respecting the applicable laws and codes of ethics.
- Actively participate in the implementation of new service agreements.
- Contribute to the improvement of procurement processes.
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure overall performance.
- Be on the watch for costsaving and optimization opportunities in procurement.
Your Profile:
Qualifications:
- College diploma in supply management or any other relevant training.
- 2 to 5 years' experience in a similar position.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel; Pivot tables (asset).
- Good oral and written communication skills in English; French, an asset.
- Demonstrate sensitivity and interest in Health and Safety.
