SUMMARY:

This position required excellence in both verbal and written communication in English and Korean (preferred).


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (included, but not limited to):

  • Perform general daily accounting functions and bookkeeping using QuickBooks. Tasks include generating the daily bank report, posting account transactions, and journal entries.
  • Conduct monthend reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Assist in payroll administration for both employees and contractors, including all yearend requirements.
  • Support in conducting Fiscal Year End Audits by providing necessary documentation and assistance.
  • Complete various other accountingrelated tasks as needed.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:


  • Experience in quick books online
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge in

Microsoft Office:
Excel, Word, Outlook

  • Excellent communicator and strong attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and team player
  • Flexibility to assist with various tasks within the accounting environment
  • Ability to selfmanage and take initiative
  • Bilingual English/Korean is preferred
