    Role Description

    This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Guest Service Agent at The Hotel Saskatchewan, located in Regina, SK. The Guest Service Agent will provide exceptional guest service by assisting with check‑ins, check‑outs, managing reservations, and addressing guest inquiries. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include ensuring a seamless customer experience, responding to guest needs promptly, and maintaining accurate records.
