mdf commerce Inc . is an international team of over 700 experts who develop a broad set of SaaS solutions to optimize and accelerate commercial interactions of our B2B and B2G customers.

Working in the ecommerce sector, we are currently looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our product development team at k-ecommerce.

What will your main responsibilities look like?

In this role, you will be led to:

Ensure the delivery of projects within the hours and schedules and according to the requirements agreed in the scope;
Prepare the sprint planning using the Atlassian Jira Cloud suite based on the preplanning meeting and validate/adjust it with Team lead;
Oversee and manage project schedules and hours;
Manage change requests, corrections and outstanding project items;
Analyze, mitigate, and track project risks according to the release plan;
Help the project manager to prepare the report to the management team on the evolution of the work performed and the status of the projects;
Measure the quality of project deliverables;
Ensure the followup of the work elements of each iteration in agile mode (Scrum) with the help of the development teams;
Participate in daily team meetings (Scrum Meetings);
Participate in version planning and capacity review meetings "sprint retrospectives".

Your good knowledge of software development cycle;
Your knowledge of Agile methodologies;
Your bilingualism (French-English) in speaking and writing;
Your strong autonomy, your thoroughness, your reliability and your sense of initiative;
Your ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage priorities;
Your strong attention to detail;
Your ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently;
Your command of the Office suite (MS Project and Excel);
Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written;
Your team spirit, your ability to motivate and your ability to lead, regardless of the team's skillset;
Your ability to foresee potential challenges in a project plan and prepare adjustments accordingly;
Your openness to working with various people, cultures, skillsets and motivations;
Your ability to complete activities when your project is not always the priority for all team members;
Your Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or your equivalent professional experience;
Your experience in managing large and/or critical projects (between 2 to 5 years of experience);
Your experience with speaking to stakeholders and delivering project visuals that communicate positive and negative project insights;
Your experience in managing multidisciplinary teams;
Your experience with the Atlassian Jira Cloud.
