- Work with the business end users and business process owners to ensure the systems are performing their intended role at Brandt.
- Ensure all changes to the systems deployed are documented
- Ensure all business processes are properly documented.
- Ensures end user training materials are current and available.
- Work collaboratively with all other IT disciplines at Brandt.
- Ensure that all work artifacts are properly documented and documentation is maintained
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Other duties as required
- Experience with UKG (Kronos) Workforce Central or other time tracking software
- Working knowledge of Business Systems such as ERP, CRM or SCM is an asset
- Working knowledge of requirements gathering, facilitation, testing of software processes is an asset
- Be able to provide exceptional customer service to end users
- Previous experience working on or participating in an IT Systems Project is an asset
