ABOUT THE ROLE:


As the Campaign Manager, you are responsible for managing continuous improvement of new campaigns, promotional concepts and creative executions across the partner marketing team.

Reporting to the Director, Partner Marketing Advancement, your role is oriented towards implementing, reporting on and disseminating the results of large-scale creative & other improvements across the partner base.

You will work closely with the Directors of Partner Marketing and Partner Marketing Advancement to create a testing strategy, The Partner Marketing team to plan and execute the tests, the Performance Marketing team on tests in their channels, the Creative team on concepts and the Analytics team on tracking & reporting.


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:


Testing Strategy & Execution:


  • Build our creative test and learn discipline leveraging data to demonstrate performance, provide insights, and inform improvements across the partner base.
  • Accelerate our testing, implementation & adoption of new analytical insights & methodologies across the base
  • Coordinate & monitor all tests to ensure clear reads on all initiatives.
  • Take ownership of the endtoend testing roadmap & process, from the identification of test priorities, to the planning of creative concept and element tests, to the analysis and dissemination of learnings.
  • Significantly increase the testing output of the team and adopt a "fail fast" mentality.
  • Support the rollout of winning concepts across the base, tailoring as needed by vertical & geography.

Measurement:


  • Work closely with the Analytics team to develop repeatable tracking & measurement process for tests.
  • Create clearly understood thresholds for success, and a continuous improvement culture around testing.
  • Coordinate with Data Science & Product Marketing teams (B4) to ensure that test results are clean and reliable.

Implementation:


  • Create & manage creative testing roadmap.
  • Working closely with the Director, Partner Marketing Advancement to identify & prioritize testing objectives.
  • Identify diverse set of champion partners who will allow us rapidly test & learn.
  • Work closely with Creative team to brief in testing requirements, and ensure that we have the right tools & capabilities to execute.
  • Manage endtoend testing implementation.

YOU ARE SOMEONE WITH:


  • 5 years experience in Project Management & Marketing
  • Exceptional collaborator, and ability to lead by influencing
  • Highly organized and detailoriented
  • A selfstarter who is comfortable building and collaborating on a new path
  • A creative yet analytical mind who appreciates the art and science of creative development
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing
