Responsibilities:


  • Maintaining all equipment in optimal performance
  • Eliminate equipment downtime
  • Setup and disassemble production equipment to be cleaned or change over
  • Troubleshoot problems and find root causes
  • Recommend solutions to improve process and reduce waste
  • Maintain plant and shop in optimal conditions
  • Dedicated to meet customer needs, internal and external
  • Use logic and experience to solve difficult problems, solve them once and for all.
  • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical controls, PLC and problem solver
  • Organized, detailed and responsible
  • Understand inventory control of spare parts and maintenance record, PM program.
  • Follow all safety and food safety training and department SOPs
  • Understand cross contamination to ensure that all equipment maintenance and modifications are conducted minimize cross contamination and ensure product quality and safety
  • Comply with all regulations relating to equipment and chemical approvals within a food manufacturing facility
  • Able to work weekends, days, afternoons and nights.

Salary:
$25.00-$30.00 per hour
