  • Prepare surfaces thoroughly by cleaning, sanding, plastering, caulking, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality
  • Execute precise painting using various techniques such brushwork, roller application across different surfaces including walls ceilings trim fixtures drywall duties mudding tapping sanding hanging drywall sheets handle restoration industry tasks water damage remediation mold remediation general restoration work restore properties original condition.
