Role Overview:

Lead daytoday store operations
Inspire and motivate team members
Foster a positive work environment
Handle cash transactions and inventory
Inform and engage customers
Resolve customer issues

Requirements:

Criminal Record Check
CannSell Ontario Standard Certificate
3+ years leadership experience
Cash handling and sales skills
Time management and organization
Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
Ability to educate and train others
Techsavvy
Business or sales education a plus

Responsibilities:

Open and close the store
Manage staff
Assist customers
Ensure compliance with regulations
Maximize sales and profitability
Coach team members

$47,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
