Shifts:
Must be flexible for any straight shift
Day shift (Monday to Friday): 6:30am - 3:00pm, Afternoon shift (Monday to Friday): 3:00pm-11:30pm, Night shift (Sunday night to Friday Morning): 10:00pm-6:30am

Probation Wage:
$ $24.00

Probation Completion Wage:
$ $24.56

One Year Wage:
$ $25.81

*Pay ranges are dependent on shift and experience

Key Responsibilities:

Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (or the "Act") and the regulations, and Mott policies
Assemble mechanical components & subassemblies
Install mechanical subassemblies & weldments
Troubleshoot minor mechanical concerns
Verify if painted product meets Mott's quality standards
Match proper handles, locks, etc. to the order requirements
Assemble various cabinet types as per schedule
Assemble & install different styles of sashes
Install hardware & plumbing fixtures
Prepare electrical components for standard products
Select & order steel parts as needed through our Kanban system
Make minor adjustments and repairs
Clean, wrap and prepare products for shipping
Perform other duties as required

Skills & Experience:

Ability to read blueprints and data sheets
Ability to work with power hand tools effectively (i.e. cordless drill)
Ability to do plumbing would be considered an asset
Ability to do basic electrical would be considered an asset
Good math skills
Able to establish between different colours on the colour spectrum
Physically fit for heavy lifting of >35lbs

Salary:
$22.25-$25.81 per hour
