What is expected from you:

You will be managing a consistently growing portfolio of beautiful properties for which you take full accountability.
You will be working with owners and tenants to deliver exceptional results in all aspects of the property management
Your expertise will help the leasing team sell our property management services and grow your portfolio
You are articulate and have a great command of written and spoken English
You are techsavvy and love automation, efficiency and technology to support your role.
You are currently licensed as a Rental Property Manager in BC and have excellent grasp of the Residential Tenancy Act
You have at least two years of demonstrated experience successfully managing a sizable portfolio of higherend properties (preferably with furnished rental experience)
You have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

What you can expect from Rent It Furnished:

You work in a team and are supported by a hands-on Division Manager
You have set office hours however, flexibility in your schedule is provided
You are supported by a leasing team and you do not have to show properties to prospective tenants yourself. The Leasing Team will take care of that
You are provided with a company iPhone, computer and private desk in our Yaletown office
You are paid performance bonuses
