Service Technician Cabinetry

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Perform service functions on completed cabinet installs.
• Perform assigned Quality Control checks, and complete the required reports and forms within the 2 day deadline
• Complete assigned touch up appointments on scheduled date
• Review scheduled appointments on a daily basis and keep open communication with Quality Control Manager at all times
• Work with a proactive mindset, keeping company costs and customer service at the forefront at all times
• Treat all fellow employees and managers with respect and know your position's authorities
• Safe operation and handling of all machines, tools and material.
• Clean and maintain service vehicle
• Ensure the worksite is kept clean and safe at all times.
• Accurate completion of time sheets daily and submission on a weekly basis

Knowledge and Skill Set:

• Knowledge of and demonstrated proficiency in cabinetry service functions.
• React quickly and appropriately to problems; follow up in a timely matter to issues that are not immediately resolvable.
• Ability to cooperate and work productively with others to meet customer needs.
• Effective listening and clear verbal, as well as written, communication skills.
• Ability to adjust to an environment with changing priorities.
• Flexible, with the willingness and ability to travel daily to assigned sites and to work at various locations throughout the city
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have tools.
• Excellent customer service skills in dealing with homeowners.
• Ability to coordinate several simultaneous tasks while maintaining a positive attitude and a flexible work style.
• Selfmotivated with ability to work well independently.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and possess an excellent work ethic
• Company vehicle can be provided

$22.00-$30.00 per hour
