The Marketing Technology team enables the productivity of our marketing and go-to-market business teams by providing results-oriented solutions through reliable and scalable systems.
We partner with stakeholders across Yelp to build systems that allow business teams to move fast, learn quickly, and continue to offer the best products and services used by millions of people every day.
This opportunity is fully remote and does not require you to be located in any particular area in Canada. We welcome applicants from throughout Canada. - Build strong partnerships with technical and Marketing leadership to exchange ideas, understand goals, and advocate for the right approach and timing to achieve those goals.
- Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to execute against a shared roadmap with a common goal of enabling Marketing.
- Focus the team's efforts on the most impactful areas in line with company goals and systems best practice.
- Lead, motivate and develop the team, providing guidance and expertise to their processes and project methodology.
- Create a collaborative work environment that fosters transparency, innovation and learning, while holding a high bar for delivering results.
- Foster and build a fun, diverse, and inclusive culture that reflects Yelp's values.
What it takes to succeed:

- Significant experience developing marketing technology solutions, managing projects and full implementation lifecycle for delivery of systems.
- Several years of people management experience.
- The ability to see systems and processes as a strategic differentiator.
