Job Summary:
The School of Creative Arts invites applications for a part-time, sessional instructor to direct a Theatre for Young Audiences production as the instructor for THEA290: Acting Practicum and THEA 291:Acting in a Complex Role. These two courses combine to form one course section.
This show will be a small-scale Theatre fall season production, with a running time of approximately 1 hour. The rehearsal process will take place during THEA290/291 class times, starting the week of Sept. 10th, to be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 1-4pm. There will be six public-facing shows: Nov.28-30, and again Dec.5-7. The instructor will also need to be available to attend weekly production meetings with the production manager and production team.
