Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for the
Boundary Mining Group and its divisions ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, ensuring the effective promotion of our products and services.
- Event and
Trade Show Planning:
Plan and execute events and trade shows.
- Budget Management: Plan and manage marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to various campaigns and initiatives.
- Campaign Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, analyzing key metrics and feedback to measure ROI and campaign success.
- Pricing Strategy: Formulate competitive pricing strategies that align with company objectives, appeal to customers, and maximize profitability.
- Sales Estimation: Estimate potential sales through thorough market research and analysis, guiding sales forecasts and setting realistic goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Adjust marketing strategies and campaigns accordingly to stay ahead in the industry.
- Crossfunctional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and consistent messaging.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on strategic planning, team management, and campaign evaluation.
- Curiosity is fundamental to the role and culture.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing marketing campaigns that drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools for campaign management, analytics, and reporting.
- Experience in the mining industry or related field is a significant advantage.
Salary:
$70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
