- Complies with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per the Franklin Electric Quality System.
- Follows detailed instructions, processes, and procedures.
- Reports problems with quality, process, equipment, and materials to Supervisor.
- Maintains a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.
- Operates a powered industrial forklift to transport inventory, unload, and load trucks.
- Operates manufacturing machinery and follows safety procedures to eliminate injuries.
- Pulls and stages orders for shipment or production use.
- Fills and transacts work orders, purchase orders, or sales orders.
- Performs cycle counts.
- Performs quality checks on stock items to report defects or damage.
- Performs other duties as required or assigned.
- Ensures employees complete tasks safely and timely, while following company policies and procedures.
- Tracks material, tool, and inventory needs.
- Supports employees to reach goals.
- Trains new hires.
- Collaborates with supervisors and managers regarding employee performance, workflow, etc.
- Manages workflow.
- Evaluates employee performance and provides feedback to employee and supervisor.
- Assists employees resolve issues and disputes.
