Server/bartender - Oakville, Canada - Tikka Talks

Description

We are looking for servers for our brand new upscale Indian restaurant. Knowledge about Indian cuisine is essential. Previous experience appreciated.

Your job duties may include but are not limited to

• Greet customers and present menus
• Make suggestions based on their preferences
• Take and serve food/drinks orders
• Upsell when appropriate
• Arrange table settings
• Keep tables clean and tidy at all times
• Deliver checks and collect payments
• Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff
• Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 20-25 per week


Salary:
From $15.50 per hour


Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

• Oakville, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

- serving: 1 year (preferred)
