Weishaupt Design Group operates a portfolio of businesses dedicated to design headquartered in Toronto, Canada.

Our businesses comprise of retail, manufacturing, and distribution of high-end furniture and architectural products, alongside an art gallery, engaged in both residential and contract markets globally.

**Key Functions: - Support with full-cycle accounts receivable transaction processing, reporting and reconciliations

  • Support with daily entry and reconciliation of incoming payments from various sources and performing regular bank reconciliations
  • Support with corporate credit card reconciliations and payments
  • Support with the management of employee expenses
  • Support with account reconciliations
  • Support with reporting of sales performance, receivables aging, sales commissions, royalties, and other data as required during the monthend closing
  • Support with investigation of discrepancies and solving problems by coordinating crossfunctionally with the Sales, Client Success and Logistics departments, as well as external business partners
  • Support with inventory reconciliations and adjustments resulting from monthly cycle counts as well as the annual inventory count
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information private and confidential Additional duties as required
**Qualifications: - Working towards a degree in Accounting, or related field

  • Knowledge of ERP systems, an asset
  • VBA/Macro experience, an asset
  • Previous experience with retail accounting and foreign currencies strongly preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Excellent English language skills, additional languages an asset
