Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team.

As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our organization and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

You will play a critical role in managing financial risks, analyzing financial data, and providing strategic financial guidance to the management team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
• Conduct risk analysis and develop risk management strategies
• Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of financial reporting requirements
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies
• Collaborate with other departments to support their financial needs
• Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team
• Stay uptodate with changes in financial regulations and best practices Skills:
• Strong knowledge of financial services, accounting principles, and practices
• Proven experience as a finance clerk or similar role
• Ability to analyze financial data and provide strategic insights
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Proficient in risk analysis and risk management techniques
• Experience in account reconciliation and managing accounts receivable
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to nonfinancial stakeholders
