Product Delivery Manager

Vancouver, Canada | Remote

About the role:

As our Product Delivery Manager, you'll be responsible for planning and overseeing Neon's engagements with our Partners and our internal team, including product strategists, product designers and developers.

From ideation sessions to product releases and post-shipment optimization, you will lead the team, creating a culture of accountability. You'll be involved in every stage of the product life cycle and are hands-on and accountable throughout each engagement.

You value collaboration and keep things moving seamlessly, balancing patience and urgency every step of the way.

What you do well:

Your experience with digital and emerging technology helps you to uncover untapped market opportunities. Both your resilience and engaging personality push you to uncover the opportunity. You can read between the lines and seek undiscovered areas of revenue. Your understanding of technology will allow you to identify and meet the business needs of Neon's potential partners. You're great at getting a partner excited to keep the conversations going.

What you'll do:

Act as the main point of contact with our Partners and internal team
Work on multiple engagements, switching context and moving seamlessly between different tasks and projects
Proactively share updates regarding schedule, communications, risk, and key deliverables
Ensure engagements are delivered on time, budget and within scope
Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams, both Partnerside and internally
Run sprint planning, sprint grooming, sprint reviews, and retros
