Position Overview:
Flower Frenzy Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our floral boutique.

The Store Manager will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, managing a talented team, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the daytoday operations of the flower shop, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow.
• Supervise and motivate staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, placing orders for flowers and supplies as required.
• Ensure the highest standards of customer service are met, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
• Create and maintain an inviting and visually appealing store environment.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and other administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with the floral design team to showcase and promote new arrangements.
• Analyze sales data and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Uphold Flower Frenzy Ltd.'s commitment to quality and excellence.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in the floral or retail industry.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Passion for floral design and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
• Knowledge of inventory management and basic accounting principles.
• Familiarity with floral industry trends and customer preferences.

Pay:
$21.45 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
