Hiossen is striving to improve implant quality by monitoring the market and gathering feedback from clinicians.

Currently, our One Guide team is seeking an One Guide Admin & Shipping Coordinator personnel to join our team in Vancouver, BC

Shipping Coordinator (One Guide Admin) responsibilities include but not limited to:

Documents actions by completing forms such as issuing an invoice and printing surgical reports, logs, and records.
Utilizes and conserves supplies and equipment in drilling sequences, maintains supplies inventories, and keeps equipment operating.
Arranges courier service schedules, checks surgery dates, packs for shipping in and out, confirms surgery kits, etc.
Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and redesigning processes, and implementing changes.
Answers and directs phone calls, organizes, and schedules appointments and meetings.

Requirements:

Previous experience in shipping coordination or related field preferred
Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fastpaced environment
Maintain professional appearance and adaptability
Prioritizing time, communication and welldeveloped of negotiation skills and Goal driven
Stress tolerance
