- Technical assay expert in multiple assay types from sample preparation to data generation.
- Responsible for experiments at the bench based on training and competencies can be assigned conduct, method development, validation and/or sample analysis.
- Can be assigned QC tasks.
- Follow general SOP and good laboratory practice (GLP) and good clinical practices (GCP) as applicable.
- Completing supplementary information forms as needed to complete documentation.
- Stay up to date on new SOPs, procedures, and techniques via training sessions, team meetings and internal communication avenues.
- Performs assigned tasks in a timely manner
- Can be assigned to provide coaching and mentoring to Analysts I and II.
- Respecting Health and Safety standards in terms of personal protection, laboratory maintenance, and work procedures.
- Observes all company guidelines and policies. What You'll Need to Succeed
- College degree and/or University degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Immunology or appropriate field.
- Two years of experience as an Analyst II or equivalent is an asset.
- Good organizational skills.
- Attentive to details with respect to sample preparation procedures and raw data handling.
- Manual dexterity
- Good communication (both written and verbal in French & English)
