Position Summary:

Key Accountabilities:

Work with internal stakeholders to initiate marketing projects, define the scope of work, key deliverables and timelines
Assist in the development of project documentation and scoping requirements (including technical requirements) for the development team
Schedule regular touchpoints with key internal and agency stakeholders to ensure the timely execution of project activities
Facilitate status meetings, ensure accurate compilation of project milestone data, and issue management
Follow stage gate process for new product development projects
Oversee changes impacting marketing projects, manage risk to execution dates, identify roadblocks and take initiative to facilitate solutions
Prepare management reports and highlight areas of opportunity to improve planning, management, and execution
Oversee that project activity dates and budgets are properly maintained and reflect actual vs. planned results
Manage budget tracking file for all department activities
Ensure product information (names, descriptions, copy, specs) are accurate across all assets
Coordinate product imagery for online listings and Vicwest assets across customer websites

Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree
A minimum of 3+ years' experience as a Project Manager focused on workflow optimization
Advanced working knowledge of Adobe CC, Jira, WordPress, Shopify
Knowledge of Salesforce or similar system as asset
Deep understanding of project management methods and stage gate processes
Experience managing projects in an agile environment
Exceptional time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and followup across all aspects of process
Solution oriented problem solver
French bilingual would be desirable
