Part-Time Sales Floor Associate

The Sales Floor Associate will greet customers and help them find the products they need while educating them on various products.

Accurately operate cash register and maintain a clean and safe store.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with finding the goods/products they are looking for. Walk them to the location of the product and offer advice and guidance on product selection.
Answer phones in a polite and timely manner.
Maintain merchandising standards by replenishing product in assigned department as needed and executing housekeeping tasks such as facing product and dusting.
Keep up to date with special promotions and set up displays as required.
Place new product that comes in shipments in correct location, ensuring that appropriate amount is out, and the rest is neatly stored and clearly identified in the stock room.
Process payments made with cash, debit cards, credit cards and gift cards by accurately and efficiently operating the cash register as required.
Effectively communicate pertinent information and needs to other employees and management.
Complete cross training to work within departments when needed.
Perform other duties as required.
