Job Overview:


As a Call Center Representative for our fence contracting company, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing information, answering inquiries, and assisting with various aspects of fence installations and services.


Responsibilities:


Inbound Calls:

  • Answer incoming calls from customers inquiring about fence installation services.
  • Provide information on the types of fences available, pricing, and the installation process.

Appointment Scheduling:

  • Schedule appointments for customers interested in obtaining quotes or discussing specific fencing projects.
  • Coordinate with the sales and installation teams to ensure efficient scheduling.

Customer Assistance:

  • Assist customers in choosing the right type of fence for their needs, considering factors such as aesthetics, functionality, and budget.
  • Address inquiries related to fence maintenance, repairs, and customization options.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fastpaced environment.
  • Positive and customercentric attitude.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Salary:
$23.10-$26.80 per hour

Expected hours: 22 per week
