The Shelter Resource Worker reports to the Site Manager and works in accordance with the mission and philosophy of Lookout Housing and Health Society.- Provides support, supervision, and assistance to homeless adults who may be facing multiple barriers.
- Accepts referrals, identifies relevant resources for guests entering the shelter.
- Serves as an advocate for clients in crisis situations.
