Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including food production, service, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase restaurant sales and profitability.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to create and update menu items.
- Coordinate with catering team for special events or banquets.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant management role (34 years).
- Strong knowledge of food service industry standards and practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations.
- Proficient in shift management and scheduling.
- Strong problemsolving abilities.
Required Experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in managing staff, providing training, and fostering a positive and safe work environment
- Professional and personable; exceptional customer relations skills
- Strong computer, attentiontodetail and organizational skills
- Demonstrable understanding of and experience in preparing budgets and schedules
- Experience with Inventory management and scheduling software
- Customerservice excellence with 5+ years in customerfacing roles
- Understanding of POS systems (experience with Touch Bistro and Third Party delivery are ideal)
- Knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures
