- Checking guest rooms as required.
- Doing opening and closing.
- Provide guidance and instructions to housekeeping team members on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service standards.
- Collaborate closely with front desk staff, maintenance team, and other departments to coordinate services and address guest needs.
