Job Description:


The Specialist, QA Returns will assist in the development and implementation of the global QA Returns process with a focus on the region of China.

The specialist will provide continuous support to the local China Commercial team, 3PL facility and Repair facility, reviewing regular quality reports and verifying all data for accuracy.

The Returns Specialist will manage all communication with global partners to execute a seamless flow of information and provide regular reporting on quality trends.

In addition, this role will support in-house returns and repairs activities as needed and collaborate with many departments within the Canada Goose organization including but not limited to - Global Quality Assurance, Retail, Supply Chain, Logistics and Inventory Control.


What You'll Do:


  • Ensure the seamless flow of returns inspections and repair processing across all China 3PL and Repair facilities
  • Review daily inspection reports submitted by the regional China retail team and 3PL facility to verify and validate inspection results
  • Assist in providing continuous training and support to the regional retail team, 3PL, and Repair Facility
  • Support 3PLs and Repair Facilities with QA inquiries
  • Manage spare parts requests for 3PLs and repair facilities to facilitate returns repairs
  • Ensure all China repair shipments are dealt within a timely manner and work with logistics team for continuous process improvement
  • Support Sales team's QA inquiries for quality initiated claims, CAPA and RCA
  • Assist in the development of new workflows and continuous improvement of the Business Intelligence tool Track Via, pertaining to the returns function
  • Review, update and manage Track Via returns app on a regular basis
  • Conduct Track Via audits of 3PLs + Repair Facilities to complete accuracy reports
  • Analyze returns data and provide regular feedback on quality concerns/trends to various departments for improvement upstream
  • Support in the creation and translation of all training material and documentation

Let's Talk About You:


  • Degree in Fashion/Textile manufacturing or related program
years' experience in Manufacturing/Quality Assurance field

  • Familiarity with pattern making, cutting, sewing and garment construction
  • Fluency in Mandarin (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment and/or garment industry
  • Strong knowledge of garment construction and patternmaking
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Goaloriented and selfmotivated individual with ability to work under pressure independently or in a team environment
  • Ability to adapt to business needs and prioritize tasks based on urgency
  • Proficiency in TrackVia is a strong asset
  • Ensure Quality Returns Manual and all global training materials & documentation are updated and maintained regularly
  • Assist with inhouse repair activities based on urgency
  • Perform other duties as requested
