Personal Lines Account Associate Saint John, NB
We're seeking a dynamic Personal Insurance Account Associate to join our Personal Lines team. This role will require a flexible individual to adapt to the growth of the business.
Review and quality check documentation as it relates to the above
Reception backup when scheduled
Renewal, reissue, endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and New business reconciliation
Monthly Data clean-up and Weekly Expiry reports, eDoc check and past reports, renewal releases, and boat policies
Maintain Shared inbox for Digital products, new business applications and manual invoicing carriers
Work with finance department and personal lines dept. Assist with monthly or weekly audits to confirm transactions are processed correctly
Previous insurance experience or RIBO license an asset
Working knowledge of Applied Epic Business management system an Asset
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products in MS Office specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel
