PSR Commercial is a full-service multi-disciplinary commercial real estate team providing transaction and advisory services in real estate markets across Ontario.

We are seeking an experienced commercial real estate agent to join our Ontario team.


Objectives of this Role

  • Be responsible for the endtoend management of deals for the sale of commercial properties, ensuring a positive client experience
  • Act as the main point of contact between property owners and prospective buyers to ensure a fair dealing for all parties
  • Assist landlords in promoting their properties for sale, and offer advice to interested buyers
  • Negotiate and prepare relevant paperwork (contracts, deeds, leases, etc.) prior to the sale of a commercial property
  • Perform comparative market analysis to accurately value commercial properties
  • Conduct research on the local market and stay uptodate on industry trends

Responsibilities

  • Advise clients in the development and execution of their individualized real estate investment strategies
  • Formulate thoughtful analyses of clients' properties, including broker opinions of value (BOV), market comparables, and research
  • Prepare marketing materials for exclusive property listings and promote to qualified buyers
  • Prospect new client relationships, and network with other industry professionals
  • Negotiate exclusive listing agreements, and purchase and sales agreements
  • Prepare and manage documentation and internal databases to ensure the most uptodate property and client information is on record
  • Participate in bestinclass training and ongoing skillsdevelopment workshops
  • Partner closely with other members of staff to ensure knowledge sharing and crossteam collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

  • Commercial real estate sales experience
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ontario real estate license
  • Ontario driver's license
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and processes

COMMISSION BASED, NO SALARY

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From $100,000.00 per year


Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay
