Purchasing & Inventory Team plays an essential part in managing our customer experience.

That's why we're looking for an
Inventory Specialist to oversee inventory levels and ensure we have what we need to fulfill customer orders.


Your daily tasks will include:


  • Entering data for quantities of parts issued and transferred between locations, inventory and cycle count adjustments, into computer database
  • Troubleshooting quantity discrepancies with manufacturing and inspection personnel.
  • Recording and monitoring all items with shelflife daily and notify appropriate personnel when material has expired.
  • Preparing monthly reports for cycle count and picklists count for monthly highlights.
  • Preparing and participate in physical inventory as needed.
  • Receiving all inventory supplies from those vendors on a daily basis, including incoming mail
  • Updating Supply Order Form/Inventory excel spreadsheet regularly to stay on top of stock/inventory levels
  • Auditing items being tracked in Ecom on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis (i.e.; mugs, corrugated packaging, frames, pillow inserts, tape, and stickers, etc.)
  • Keeping a close eye on projected orders and forecasting supply orders to ensure there are no stock outages
  • Sending all invoices from each purchase to Accounting as they are received
  • Locating/receiving invoices and sending them to Accounting
  • Searching for price comparisons/alternative suppliers on various needs (parts, supplies, materials, etc)

What you'll bring:


  • High School diploma or equivalent and one (1) year experience in a computeraided
warehousing operation, or any equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Must be able to obtain and possess a valid Driver License within four (4) months after the date of hire.
  • Must be able to obtain OSHA required Forklift Certification within four months after date
of hire.

  • Working knowledge of inventory control practices; working knowledge of tools, supplies,
equipment used in the construction and maintenance of electrical supply systems.

  • Working knowledge of computer terminal operation.
  • Knowledge of equipment operating principles and procedures. Knowledge of hazards and safety precautions relating to equipment operation, loading and unloading of materials.
  • Skill in operation of assigned equipment.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees
and vendors; ability to organize items by broad and specific classifications.
