Under the guidance of regional management and working closely with the on-site team, the main responsibilities revolve around planning, organizing, and overseeing all activities within the establishment. ROLE AND PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Performing all other relevant duties.
  • Ensuring optimal utilization of human resources while maintaining operational and financial effectiveness
  • Assessing the performance of team members and leading the annual review process
  • Chairing internal management meetings and participating in organizational gatherings
  • Managing financial budgets and ensuring property profitability
  • Motivating teams and fostering continuous employee involvement
  • Gathering feedback from residents and utilizing them as opportunities for enhancement
  • Establishing quality benchmarks for all services provided
  • Operating with passion to deliver top-notch customer service

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management, or a relevant field
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in managing senior residences, property management, or equivalent
  • Proficiency in analyzing business plans and financial statements
  • Strong computer skills
  • Familiarity with the HOPEM system (an advantage)
  • Fluency in both French and English
