Description
We are a hand therapy office looking to fill an administrative position in our Sidney office 4 days/week.

This is an independent office with remote assistance where you will be responsible for all aspects of the job, working one-to-one with a physiotherapist/occupational therapist.

Shifts will likely be Mondays and Thursdays 930am-430pm and Tuesdays and Fridays 730am-230. There are optional hours in our downtown office for further training, etc on Wednesdays.


Job duties will include opening and closing tasks answering phones, typing reports, chart maintenance, checking clients in and out of the office (scheduling, direct billing extended medical, etc.), some therapist assistance with general tidying and putting clients in different forms of heat for their upper extremity, processing payments, etc.

Starting wage of $20.00/hour. Benefits after 3 month probationary period.

Successful applicants will be required to complete a criminal record check (paid for by employer).
