eCommerce Team Member

Full Job Description
We're looking for a full time position to add to our expanding team.

We are looking for someone to work:
Mondays

  • Friday.

Responsibilities:


  • Upload products on Shopify Webstore and ensure products are consist with branding with imagery
  • Uploading products to our webstore
  • Speak to customers over the phone regarding any issues or inquiries regarding their online orders.
  • Data entry
  • Setting up promotions and markdowns
  • Ensure all products are categorized appropriately online

Requirements:


  • Experience with ecommerce. Working on the Shopify platform an added asset.
  • You have high attention to detail and can see the fine details
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites and Google Chrome
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills with the ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy
  • Ability to work independently and without supervision
  • Self motivated and can handle repetitive tasks
  • Proactive and enthusiastic about work performance
  • Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone

Salary Expectation:

$ TBD + Health and Dental Benefits after a 3 month Probation period.


Salary:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour
