Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Carpenter, you will be responsible for various tasks related to construction, painting, drywall, electrical work, blueprint reading, tile laying, restoration, and more.

This is a hands-on role that requires proficiency in using hand tools and following schematics.

Responsibilities:

Install drywall, repair damaged areas, and ensure smooth finishes
Assist with electrical work such as wiring installations and repairs
Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements
Lay tiles accurately and efficiently
Restore various surfaces to their original condition
Utilize a variety of hand tools to complete tasks
Install different types of flooring materials
Follow schematics and instructions to ensure accurate work
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time
Coach and instruct apprentices
Measure cut shape assemble to building codes and use measuring tools

Experience:

Proven experience in construction painting, drywall installation, electrical work, tile laying, restoration, and flooring installation
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints
Strong knowledge of hand tools and their proper usage
Familiarity with concrete forming techniques is a plus
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Certificates:
Carpenter Trade Certification, Working at heights training

Salary:
$38.50 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
