Job Summary:


The Coordinator, Donor Experience will be a key member of the Development team working closely with the Associate Director, Development within the Faculty of Social Sciences, while working collaboratively with the Director, Stewardship in University Advancement, and an energetic team of professionals.

They will play a key role in supporting the strategy and implementation of donor reports and communications, gift agreements, donor recognition systems, strategy and logístical support to stewardship and cultivation activities and events.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of compelling impact reports, updates, thank you letters.
  • Participate in the development of donor stewardship strategies for various donor segments including principal, major, and leadership level donors.
  • Develop segmentation strategies, extract donor lists for ongoing communications and support the data management process in collaboration with the Advancement Services & Operations team.
  • Provide logístical support for cultivation and stewardship events including guest list creation, invitations, venue and catering requirements, technical requirements, briefing documents and parking arrangements.
  • Create creative and new recognition opportunities for donors.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and trends in stewardship, reporting and donor engagement to support best in class donor satisfaction, engagement and giving.

Qualifications:


  • 3 Year College Degree in a relevant field of study.
  • Requires 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and experience working with crossfunctional teams and proven ability to manage timelines.
  • Strong computer skills and experience with databases (ADVANCE)
  • Creative and resourceful with excellent customerservice skills and strong service orientation
  • Timemanagement and multitasking abilities
