Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Provides project support for a project or across projects, and often work within a project office environment
  • Responsible for a specific area or tasks in support of project management (i.e.; scheduling, project control book, tracks issues and changes, produces status reports and handles financial and procurement transactions
  • Supports general contract management through asset management, audit readiness, financial process support, issues management, measurements reporting and project plan execution
  • Works under the direction of the Project Lead or Program Lead to assist in driving projects to successful completion

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Exposure to project delivery process
  • Microsoft tools skills (Windows)
  • Problem solving skills
  • Strong communications skills
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communications skills
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
  • Proven multitasking capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and within teams

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

  • Excellent listening and negotiating skills
  • Flawless communication skills written and verbal

Required Education
Bachelor's Degree
