Responsibilities:


  • Daily outreach to local businesses, managing leadflow data, and processing B2B and retail sales orders.
  • Assist in B2B transactions, coordinate deliveries, and introduce retail customers to the B2B program.
  • Conduct consultations on specialized computer requirements, determine vendor costs, and generate quotations.
  • Achieve sales targets, prepare proposals, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Attend meetings at CC Headquarters (Richmond Hill) for team collaboration and updates.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards
  • Other duties as assigned

Skillsets and Aptitude:


  • Outgoing personality for phone and instore interactions.
  • Professional appearance, English fluency (Mandarin/Cantonese a plus).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or College Diploma in relevant trade.
  • Comptia A+ certification preferred; public speaking and presentation skills.

Requirements:


  • Passion for technology with a minimum of 2 years B2B sales experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Customeroriented and resultsdriven attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (MS Dynamics, Salesforce, Zoho)
