PRINCIPAL FOCUS:


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Merchandising Standards

  • Daily actioning of price changes on the sales floor within determined SLA (merchandise to floor metric)
  • Daily replenishing the retail sales floor (SOF) (partnering with the Store Management, Merchandising Manager and Lead Stock Co-Ordinator for direction goods placement)
  • Clearance/Deal Zone maintenance (fill, price, and maintain signage)
  • Additional signage and merchandising needs as determined by Store Management and Merchandising manager as required

Reception (one day per week and lunch coverage)

  • Reception coverage for weekday lunches and offdays as required
  • Reception and curbside calls
  • Web, retail, commercial and repair pickup duties when covering the pickup window
  • PPE replenishment on the retail sales floor and reception
  • PPE quantity count
  • Daily temperature checks (to be delegated to Front of House Admin on off days)
  • Portable terminal settlement when needed

E-News Gift cards
Coordinate with Marketing to prepare the gift cards for the monthly e-news winners


Store Supplies

  • Monthly supply orders for each onsite department in Toronto excluding the Pickup/Reception area.
  • Orders to be sent to National Retail Administrator for review

COMPETENCIES:


  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer awareness and understanding
  • Can deliver exceptional customer service over the phone and in person.
  • Retail operating and administrative systems, including MS office

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • 12 years Reception/Administrative experience preferably within a retail or customer focused environment
  • Completed postsecondary education.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience with retail operations an asset.
