Description

What we're looking for

_ This is a 9 month contract position with potential to extend to full time._

What you'll be working on

Organize requirements gathering meetings and document solution designs
Work with technical consultants regarding requirements for integration, data conversion and complex business logic
Present formal training (webinars) to client project team members and endusers
Manage multiple accounts, deadlines and milestones
Track and communicate client issues and proactively troubleshoot and resolve problems

We'd love to hear from people with

BS/BA degree or equivalent in relevant work experience
Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation and time management skills
Ability to manage client expectations and think critically about processes
Experience configuring business logic in a webbased platform
Understanding of business requirements definition, review of functional specifications, test plans, testing, user training, and deployment
Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fastpaced environment while maintaining a high level of quality and client satisfaction
