The Customer Service Representative (CSR) collaborates with the Branch Manager to ensure seamless operations. The CSR plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service.

The CSR excels in listening and meticulously carrying out service procedures with customer service and safety as top priorities.

The CSR aims to become a product expert, delivering personalized service to each customer.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver top-notch customer service aligning with company objectives.
Offer product insights to customers with confidence and friendliness.
Provide clear pricing details, generate customer quotes.
Communicate customer feedback to store management regularly.
Promote products within the company's line and pricing structure.
Adhere to provided training and support team members' learning.
Maintain cleanliness to uphold a positive company image.
Follow up on appointments, service reminders, and missed appointments.
Keep customer data updated.

Requirements:

Customer service experience.
Background or interest in the automotive industry. Familiarity with Costar is advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Excel, MS Word, Office 365, and Outlook.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with ERP, CRM, or data management systems.
Team player mentality.
Punctual and polite.
Enthusiastic demeanor.
