Supply Chain Coordinator


Summary:


Reporting to the VP, Supply Chain, the Supply Chain Coordinator role provides support to the VP and the broader supply chain leadership team in creating reports, organizing meetings, processing expenses, managing vacation schedules and acting as a back up to the Reception Administrator.


Responsibilities:


  • Compiles data from multiple sources to update local, regional, and global reports on a monthly basis
  • Coordinates the compilation of presentations on an ad hoc basis
  • Updates supply chain scorecard board on a monthly basis
  • Prepares operational reports on a weekly and daily basis
  • Coordinates inputs to prepare weekly supply chain update memo to the VP and General Manager
  • Administers assigned Health and Safety program administration, for example, Emergency Preparedness
  • Organizes meetings that may include hosting guests, preparing agendas, and organizing tours of the facility
  • Completes expense reports and other administrative tasks on behalf of the VP
  • Occasionally makes travel arrangements for the VP and other members of the supply chain leadership team
  • Administers the PPE (personal protective equipment) program and the safety shoes reimbursement program
  • Acts as back up to the Reception Administrator daily to cover break times
  • Participates in special projects and other duties as assigned
  • Help with Plant Quarterly Performance Reviews, sending trackers, gathering & consolidating all reviews.
  • Manage the Contractor Compliance program by managing the platform and making sure contractors are abiding by Griffith Foods requirements.
  • Collect utility invoices, gather approvals, and input invoice information locally and globally.
  • Responsible for printing labels, stickers, etc., requested by different departments.
  • Moderate Production meetings; present daily and monthly productionrelated information.

Qualifications:


  • Specialized training at a recognized community college program
years of office administration experience

  • Customer service orientation and a positive demeanor
  • Strong computer skills in Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook, and some familiarity with SharePoint
  • Must be able to multitask and have advanced organizational skills to meet time sensitive deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and work with employees at all levels with strong attention to detail.
