Description
We are looking for a new person to job our team who has a great personality and is able to handle large responsibilities.
We would also need to have an individual who is extremely trustworthy and willing to grow with our business. This is meant to be a long-term position. The individual must be a fast learner, pay attention to detail, and be able to work independently.The job duties would be as follows:
- taking messages
- managing schedule
- scheduling permits and inspections
- filing
- assisting with marketing
- office organization
- HR
Experience with Quickbooks Online is an asset.
