Job Description:


As Team Manager, Inbound and Outbound Sales Development, you will be responsible for the success of the team by developing and executing strategies that increase the quantity and quality of leads and opportunities generated.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies that increase the quantity and quality of inbound and outbound leads and opportunities generated by the sales development team.
  • Own and drive execution of new business pipeline goals by understanding and analyzing top of the funnel metrics, pipeline quality, and revenue influenced across all segments.
  • Meet pipeline goals, optimize business processes for efficiency, accelerate ramp to productivity, and ensure the SDR team has a deep understanding of Officevibe
  • Analyze sales development metrics and use insights to continuously optimize processes and performance.
  • Develop outbound initiatives to maximize the team performance.
  • Work with the marketing and sales team on developing new strategies to grow our sales pipeline based on conversations and input you will be having in the market.
  • Drive performance to consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
  • Manage and motivate a team of SDRs to achieve individual and team targets for both inbound and outbound sales.
  • Create and maintain a highperformance culture within the sales development team, including regular coaching, mentoring, and feedback to team members.
  • Stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices in sales development and use this knowledge to continuously improve team performance
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new SDRs to ensure the team is staffed appropriately to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications:


  • Relevant sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in an employee experience/ technologyrelated environment;
  • 2 years+ of experience in leadership and people management, with a track record of motivating and developing highperformance teams;
  • Strong understanding of sales development best practices;
  • Excellent customer service and telephone skills, including strong listening, verbal, and written communication;
  • Datadriven: you recognize a quantitative approach to making decisions;
  • A love of coaching: You enjoy helping your team members evolve in their sales career;
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed sales targets;
  • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced, rapidly changing environment and to thrive in a competitive, dynamic, and quotadriven environment;
  • Experience working with tools such as Hubspot; Gong, and Outreach to manage sales processes, sales/marketing campaigns, opportunity trends and set standards for performance metrics.
