Hours: Full-time hours available.

Job Overview:

• A Cook is the heartbeat of the kitchen and reports directly to the Sous Chefs and Head Chef. We are looking for energetic additions to the team with a passion for beer and food.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Oversee food preparation and par levels in the restaurant
• Create and execute daily prep list
• Assist in line set and service as needed
• Perform cleaning duties and delegate cleaning and preparation tasks as needed
• Maintain walk in organization (labels, dates, over all cleanliness)
• Maintain safety standards for all equipment, and maintain a clean and orderly kitchen including sweeping, mopping floors, washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash
• Receive and put away any orders and notify Chef of any discrepancies or poor product
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned

Experience working in a similar role/environment is definitely a huge asset, but not required. We are looking for people who are motivated and willing to learn, along side our (already) awesome team members.
